About the role
As a Junior Counsellor Intern you will support individuals facing personal challenges and help them work toward their goals. You will join a team of experienced professionals who will guide you as you develop practical counselling skills.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one‑on‑one counselling sessions under supervision.
- Assist clients in creating personalized action plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong empathy and active‑listening abilities.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
