Junior Estimator (Fit-out & Interior Projects)

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its growing fit‑out and interior contracting business in Bahrain. You will work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to produce accurate cost analyses and tender documents for interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries, assess suitability and record data according to QA procedures.
• Send enquiries to the supply chain, select suitable suppliers/manufacturing locations and obtain competitive pricing.
• Analyse supplier quotes, negotiate costs and review terms against tender best practices.
• Prepare tender analysis, cost breakdowns and present findings internally and to clients.
• Ensure tender summary sheets are signed off following QA guidelines.
• Monitor quotations, attend client meetings and support hand‑over to operational and commercial teams.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal‑fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
