Junior Graphic Designer – EU Communication Project

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support its EU‑MENA communication outreach project. The role involves creating visual assets that enhance the visibility and impact of European Union policies across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print communication campaigns.
• Create infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners and social‑media graphics.
• Maintain visual identity and branding in line with EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, content managers and audio‑visual teams to produce engaging visuals.
• Prepare artwork for both print and digital publication, ensuring high production quality.
• Adapt existing materials into different formats and languages when required.
• Support design of event materials, exhibition graphics and promotional items.
• Guarantee consistency, accessibility and quality across all visual outputs.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in graphic design (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of general graphic‑design experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience producing campaign visuals or infographics.
• Proficiency in standard graphic‑design software.
• Working knowledge of English.
