About the role

Zain is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to generate, grow and maintain revenue from a portfolio of small‑ and medium‑enterprise (SME) accounts. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships and delivering profitable solutions that meet customers' business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new revenue and penetrate new client businesses while expanding existing accounts.
  • Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets and contribute to department scorecard goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts to minimise attrition risk.
  • Plan, design and propose profitable solutions based on client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports, account reviews, executive briefings and visit summaries.
  • Manage client‑facing projects, own timelines and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to grow opportunities and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 + years of experience in enterprise sales and key account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Telecom experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing new business, managing a territory and closing sales.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
