Lady in Red – Residence Ambassador

About the role

The Lady in Red is the iconic Residence Ambassador for Kempinski in Manama, acting as the extended arm of the General Manager. She greets, assists and bids farewell to residents and guests, ensuring the highest service standards and swift decision‑making for guest well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Support front desk and concierge operations, ensuring smooth and prompt service for all residents and guests.
• Act as Front Office Duty Manager substitute when absent.
• Handle guest comments and complaints, following up to resolution.
• Maintain fire‑exit clearance and uphold health & safety policies.
• Coordinate with all departments to address resident and guest needs.
• Maintain accurate resident and guest information and promote in‑house sales to maximise revenue.
• Inspect front‑ and back‑of‑house areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting faults.
• Assist security personnel and respond to operational requests from residence sections.
• Conduct hand‑over with incoming team members and undertake additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Bahrain.
• Higher College degree or Hotel Management qualification.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Front Office, preferably within a 5‑star property or residence.
• Proven career progression, mature and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment; additional languages are a plus.
