Leasing Manager – Retail Portfolio

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead leasing operations and tenant relationship management for a portfolio of malls in Bahrain. You will be responsible for achieving occupancy targets, driving revenue, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction through proactive account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities across assigned assets, including new leases, renewals, and replacements.
• Prepare and present proposals, rent justifications, and internal approval documentation.
• Negotiate lease terms in line with regional pricing guidelines and governance standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with tenants to address operational and commercial concerns.
• Support anchor tenant negotiations and relationship development.
• Coordinate with mall operations to deliver responsive tenant servicing.
• Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitor benchmarks.
• Track key performance indicators such as occupancy rate, rent yield, and lease maturity schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably within regional or multi‑asset portfolios.
• Exposure to Bahrain or GCC retail markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
