Legal Manager – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

ADG is seeking a senior legal professional to lead its legal function in Dubai, supporting the company’s rapid expansion across Africa, the Middle East and Europe. The role combines corporate, commercial and regulatory expertise to protect and grow ADG’s business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global customers and technology partners, ensuring alignment with ADG’s service models.
• Lead the legal setup, registration and compliance of new entities across multiple jurisdictions, including upcoming offices in Monaco, Tanzania and the UK.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies, advise on data analytics, AI and cybersecurity legal risks, and create frameworks for data privacy and cross‑border transfers.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within technology consulting or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks in the Middle East and Africa; European market experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex corporate structuring, entity formation and commercial negotiations.
• Law degree from a recognised institution and bar admission or equivalent professional certification.
