About the role
Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Bahrain. This role combines business development, operations, and community building to create a local football ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Bahrain
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with the Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams
Required profile
- A passion for football and involvement in the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results‑oriented attitude
