About the role

Join the hospitality team at a 5‑star luxury resort in Bahrain as a Lifeguard. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests in the pool and beach areas while delivering the high service standards expected by a world‑leading hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor water conditions and guest behavior to prevent accidents.
• Enforce safety rules and issue warnings or ask guests to leave when necessary.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside and beach environments.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard certification (mandatory).
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Previous experience in a similar lifeguard role is preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
