Lobby Supervisor (Food & Beverage) – Female

About the role

The Lobby Supervisor (F&B) ensures seamless service in the lobby area, leading a team to meet guest expectations while maintaining high standards of appearance, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal guest service and monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and uniform compliance; address any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles; conduct inventories and requisition supplies.
• Create and process work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Female candidates as indicated in the title.
