About the role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Engineer to lead ready‑mix transportation and logistics operations in Bahrain. The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing the delivery of ready‑mix concrete to construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate ready‑mix transportation and logistics operations.
- Manage delivery schedules and vehicle allocation.
- Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, and project sites.
- Monitor vehicle movement and delivery timelines.
- Optimize fleet utilization and resolve delivery and transportation issues.
- Maintain logistics records and operational reports.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of experience in ready‑mix logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ready‑mix transportation operations.
- Proven planning, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience managing logistics and delivery schedules in a fast‑paced construction environment.
