About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain is seeking a dedicated professional to manage daily loss prevention and security operations across the property. The role ensures the safety of guests, employees, and assets while supporting the hotel’s high standards of service and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and review emergency and safety procedures.
• Investigate all incidents of property loss and coordinate disposition with management.
• Deploy and supervise security staff to monitor and protect assets.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and parking areas.
• Maintain logs, certifications and required documentation in line with legal and SOP requirements.
• Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions and monitor risk‑control plans.
• Handle guest and employee complaints, resolve disputes and ensure timely medical assistance when needed.
• Attend pre‑ and post‑event meetings to gather information and communicate needs to the loss‑prevention team.
• Recognise and celebrate team achievements, provide coaching and set performance standards.

Required profile

• Strong previous military background.
• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of security or loss‑prevention experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Criminal Justice (or related field) with 2 years of relevant experience.
