Security Operations Supervisor (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor / Coordinator to lead remote security operations on a part‑time basis. The role will oversee daily security activities, incident coordination and support the development of security procedures for our globally focused organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily security activities and operational priorities across assigned functions.
• Support security planning, scheduling, procedures and operational readiness.
• Monitor reported incidents, security concerns and operational exceptions, and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Provide guidance and supervision to security personnel and support teams.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, security records, schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, management and external security providers.
• Review security procedures and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support access‑control, emergency preparedness and business continuity activities where applicable.
• Deliver regular security updates, observations and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business, Operations or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in security operations, supervision, facilities or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of security procedures, operational coordination and incident management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
