Luxury Travel Consultant

About the role

NextCorp, a Geneva‑based luxury concierge firm, is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join its Bahrain office. The role involves managing premium travel and lifestyle requests for VIP, corporate and government clients, delivering world‑class service with 24/7 availability when required.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute bespoke international travel itineraries, including first‑class and business‑class commercial flights, private aviation, and yacht charters.
• Coordinate luxury accommodations such as hotels, private villas, and premium ground transportation, while handling visa procedures, protocol coordination and security requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP, corporate and government clients, ensuring strict confidentiality, anticipating needs and managing urgent, last‑minute requests.
• Secure access to high‑demand restaurants, events, entertainment and wellness services, and arrange chauffeur‑driven transportation.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Travel Department, prepare detailed proposals, negotiate preferential rates with premium suppliers and maintain accurate CRM and booking records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in luxury travel services, high‑end travel agencies, concierge or lifestyle management companies, or VIP travel desks serving corporate or government clients.
• Proven ability to work in high‑pressure, confidential environments with a strong international network of premium service providers.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with VIP/UHNW individuals, corporate executives and government delegations.
