Marketing Executive – Brand & Product Development

About the role

Swabbs is seeking a proactive, commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to own brand development, new product creation, and market execution across Bahrain and the GCC. This role goes beyond social media, requiring strategic thinking, consumer insight, and the ability to bring concepts to market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new product and category opportunities based on consumer trends, market gaps, competitor activity and commercial potential.
• Lead product development from concept through launch, including naming, positioning, pricing, packaging, claims and launch strategy.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, annual and quarterly calendars, and recommend budget allocations.
• Maintain market and consumer intelligence through competitor analysis, retail visits, pricing studies and trend monitoring.
• Manage social media presence, create content calendars, oversee digital campaigns and evaluate paid advertising performance.
• Ensure brand consistency across packaging, digital assets, retail displays and communications.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market plans and support product launches across multiple retail channels.
