Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and execute comprehensive, multi‑channel marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, boost market awareness, and drive business growth. This role works closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial objectives and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, advertising, PR, events and promotions.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitive intelligence to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Use data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and business development on go‑to‑market strategies and product launches.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners and vendors.
• Oversee marketing budget, resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and develop marketing teams.
