Marketing Operations Internship – Campaign Management

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support the planning, execution and measurement of multi‑channel campaigns within Thales’ marketing department in Amersfoort. You will gain hands‑on experience in setting up campaigns, managing marketing tools and analysing performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and launch of email, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Maintain and update marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Collect and analyse campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and spreadsheets.
• Support the marketing operations team with data quality, reporting and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of email, social media and digital advertising channels.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analysing data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or Google Analytics is a plus.
