Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing stack and drive higher conversion rates across trial and upsell funnels. In this position you will own technology implementation, lead management, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost e‑commerce performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and implement new marketing technologies.
• Lead integration of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Manage inbound leads and coordinate seamless handoff to sales.
• Design and execute strategies to improve trial and upsell conversion rates.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for e‑commerce activity.
• Run conversion tests and experiments, measuring impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Assess customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Optimise user funnels and instrument conversion points.
• Research emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in finance, economics, mathematics, science, marketing or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce.
• Proven experience optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development (preferred).
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
