Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and increase customer engagement in the Bahrain market. The role requires a proactive, self‑driven professional who can manage projects independently while collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Develop activities to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.
• Manage social media platforms, oversee content creation, publishing, and engagement.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, designers, and partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze results.
• Conduct market research on customer behavior, competitor activity, and trends in Bahrain.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Develop marketing collateral such as digital content, presentations, and promotional items.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and expand market presence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within Bahrain.
• Strong understanding of the Bahrain market, customer behavior, and local business environment.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, branding, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, HORECA, retail or a related industry is an advantage.
