Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Content

About the role

Early Riser, a premium granola and nut‑butter manufacturer, is looking for an energetic and super‑creative Marketing Specialist. You will own the creation of social media content, manage daily community interactions, and drive all marketing activities that expand the brand’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including daily posting and community management.
• Create engaging content such as social posts, short videos, photos, blog snippets, and packaging copy.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events that foster community engagement.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with relevant entities.
• Design graphics and visual assets for brand communication.
• Leverage AI tools to generate marketing content and optimise campaigns.
• Manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and performance tracking.
• Produce monthly content calendars and creative briefs.
• Coordinate product launches, events, and in‑factory photo/video shoots.
• Monitor analytics, report on KPIs, and recommend optimisation actions.
• Ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with suppliers and agencies for design, media buying, and production as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Highly creative, proactive, and hands‑on attitude.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable filming and editing short videos using a phone and basic tools.
• Good knowledge of social platforms, basic ad management, and analytics.
• Basic graphic‑design skills; photography experience is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
