Marketplace Strategy Fellow

About the role

The Marketplace Strategy Fellow joins Calo’s Project Management Track to help shape and scale the Marketplace vertical. Working as an internal consultant, you will own projects that connect customers with a growing ecosystem of products and services, driving operational excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects across Marketplace and Calo Now, from concept to delivery.
• Identify operational gaps, analyse workflows and recommend scalable improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to align priorities and maintain momentum.
• Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication, track progress and remove bottlenecks.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and showcase outcomes at the Fellowship’s final day.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (high school or university) with strong analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Interest in marketplace business models and operational improvement.
