Mechanical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver industrial construction, shutdown, and maintenance projects across Bahrain and the GCC. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from contract award to successful handover while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical projects from award through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and supervise equipment installation, piping, and structural steel works.
• Develop execution plans, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance projects.
• Experience in heavy industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations.
• Availability to join within 30 days, earlier preferred.
