About the role

We are seeking a creative, multi‑talented Media Production & Visual Content Creator to join our growing marketing team in Manama. You will be the visual storyteller who crafts engaging graphics, videos and social‑media campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and produce video content for social media, internal communications and marketing campaigns.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment; coordinate shoots with internal stakeholders.
• Edit footage, perform color correction, sound editing and add motion graphics using professional software.
• Deliver final assets in required formats and maintain organized media libraries.
• Maintain production equipment and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production, from concept through post‑production.
• Hands‑on experience in video editing and post‑production workflows.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio gear and basic motion‑graphics principles.
• Diploma/degree in Media, Film, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to feedback.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical capability and attention to detail.
• 1‑2 years of marketing experience with social‑media and graphic‑design responsibilities.
