Mendix Developer – Mid-level (Manama, Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a capable and motivated Mendix Developer to join our growing technology team in Manama, Bahrain. In this mid‑level position you will own the design, development and maintenance of business applications on the Mendix low‑code platform, collaborating closely with stakeholders, architects and senior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Mendix applications based on business requirements.
• Build microflows, nanoflows, pages and domain models aligned with functional specifications.
• Integrate Mendix applications with REST and SOAP APIs and third‑party systems.
• Create reusable modules and components to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and code reviews.
• Document technical designs and keep application documentation up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with QA teams during UAT and support go‑live activities.
• Provide post‑deployment support and resolve production issues promptly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Mendix development experience.
• Mendix Intermediate Developer certification (or actively pursuing).
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
