Metal Supervisor – Sheet Metal Fabrication

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Metal Supervisor to lead a large workshop team in Bahrain. You will oversee sheet metal fabrication, interior metal works, and ensure production meets quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations, including fabrication, welding, and machine activities.
• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately for production.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 100 workers (fabricators, welders, machine operators).
• Provide training and guidance to new team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to sheet metal fabrication and machinery.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and interior metal works.
• Proven experience supervising large workshop teams.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
