About the role
The Bahrain Bourse is seeking a mid‑level Human Resources professional to lead end‑to‑end HR operations, supporting its multi‑asset marketplace business. The role will ensure HR processes are efficient, standardized and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR operations across Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Training & Development.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the workforce lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee development initiatives.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
