Office Manager – Client Consultant

About the role

Curaxo For Her is seeking an Office Manager who will act as a Consultant, directly engaging with clients to guide them through our health and wellness services. This full‑time, on‑site position in Bhilai focuses on delivering a high‑quality client experience while supporting the company’s mission to empower women’s well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare concise interaction reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in outreach and awareness activities within the community.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and service enhancement.
• Adhere to organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing abilities, including active listening and clear communication.
• Experience in consulting, counseling, healthcare support, or a related service‑oriented role.
• Ability to collect, organize, and document information accurately.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bhilai and collaborate within a team.
• Basic understanding of women’s health and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications in healthcare, counseling, or social work are a plus.
