Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator ensures daily field operations run smoothly across assigned Malaeb spaces. You will be the main point of contact for inspections, maintenance requests, and site‑level activities, guaranteeing that each location meets company standards for safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and surprise operational inspections to verify site readiness, cleanliness, equipment functionality, and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Manage the full maintenance cycle: receive requests, perform initial assessments, coordinate with vendors or internal teams, assign tasks to Captains, and verify completed work.
• Monitor daily operational conditions, track Captain attendance, and report shift‑coverage gaps or attendance exceptions.
• Document operational observations, non‑compliance issues, and improvement opportunities; prepare and submit timely operational reports.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including photographs, completion reports, cost details, and updates in ClickUp.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities to coordinate multiple sites and tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail for identifying operational issues and ensuring compliance.
• Effective communication skills for escalating concerns and liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
