Operations Manager – Sales, Leasing & Fleet

About the role

Triom Motors, the official QJ Motor distributor in Bahrain, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its motorcycle sales, leasing and fleet activities. The role is focused on building efficient processes, implementing SOPs and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for corporate fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Coordinate fleet deployment, registrations, insurance and customer deliveries.
• Develop, document and enforce SOPs, workflows and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the workshop to schedule servicing and minimise fleet downtime.
• Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules and inventory levels.
• Produce operational reports and KPIs to drive performance.
• Maintain high‑quality service for corporate fleet and 3PL customers.
• Develop and manage B2B leasing relationships with 3PL companies, fleet operators and corporate clients, focusing on long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, fleet management, automotive, leasing or logistics.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience creating SOPs and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bahrain driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
