Operations Manager - Textile Manufacturing

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end textile production in Bahrain. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality output, on‑time delivery, and efficient use of resources across all manufacturing stages.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes including cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control and packaging.
• Plan and schedule orders to meet delivery targets while optimizing resource utilization.
• Recruit, train and manage masters, tailors and quality‑control staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement and manage vendor contracts.
• Enforce strict quality standards, conduct regular inspections and track KPIs such as output, on‑time delivery and defect rates.
• Manage budgets, control costs and minimise waste.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Bahrain labour and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to handle custom, bulk and urgent orders.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Textile or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment or textile production operations.
• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
