Optometrist – Essilor Luxottica

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join our Essilor Luxottica team within Chalhoub Group’s retail environment in Seef. The role combines clinical eye care with customer‑focused retail support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate eye examinations, refractive assessments, and diagnose vision conditions.
• Educate customers on lens options, prescription eyewear recommendations, and eye‑care best practices.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with retail and clinical standards.
• Support retail sales teams with product knowledge and assist in the selection process when needed.
• Participate in in‑store promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new equipment, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Optometry with a valid local licence.
• Minimum two years of experience in retail or commercial optometry.
