Outdoor Sales Representative - Nail Trainer

About the role

MADI International is looking for a passionate Sales Educator for its Nail Division in the UAE. The role blends technical nail expertise with sales acumen, using professional product demonstrations to generate new business and grow existing salon relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for salons and beauty professionals.
• Develop and expand existing salon accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and product lines to both existing and prospective accounts.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Brand teams to execute business strategies effectively.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician or a relevant beauty‑industry professional.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on technical experience combined with strong sales exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert them into sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with solid understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
