Panel Electrician – Industrial Power & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Panel Electrician to join a reputable company in Bahrain. The role focuses on assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels, switchboards, and distribution boxes for industrial automation and power systems.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Mount and secure components such as contactors, transformers, and relays onto panel enclosures.
• Cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires to terminals, circuit breakers, and other devices.
• Perform basic electrical tests to verify functionality and detect wiring errors.
• Identify and correct wiring faults or malfunctioning components.
• Label wires, cables, and components for clear identification.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in utility or industrial panel building.
• Diploma or ITI qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits and protection/switchgear systems.
