Part-time CSCA Ethical Auditor

About the role

QIMA is seeking a part‑time CSCA Ethical Auditor to conduct on‑site assessments of supplier factories. You will evaluate compliance with labour rights, health and safety, and environmental standards, ensuring our clients receive reliable audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform unannounced audits of manufacturing sites covering labour, safety, environmental and other applicable standards.
• Identify and document any violations, maintaining detailed records for client delivery.
• Communicate findings professionally with factory management while upholding audit integrity.
• Participate in client meetings to help define custom quality‑control requirements.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of audit processes and operational quality.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• APSCA registration at CSCA level.
• Proven experience in third‑party auditing, including recent SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 or WRAP audits.
• Experience with environmental audits.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel as required.
