Parts Administrator – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a highly organised Parts Administrator to support its automotive division in Sitrah, Bahrain. The role involves managing parts orders, inventory records and supplier communications to ensure smooth workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process internal and external parts orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update the parts inventory system, keeping stock levels current.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track shipments and confirm timely deliveries.
• Respond to parts‑related enquiries from technicians, service advisors and customers.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, order status and departmental performance.
• Assist with regular stock‑taking, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Handle administration of returns, warranties and exchanges according to policy.
• Ensure all paperwork, including invoices and delivery notes, is correctly processed and filed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
