Paymaster

About the role

The Paymaster ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations while providing exceptional internal service to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, allowances, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance teams on payroll‑related matters.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
• Utilize payroll and HR systems to ensure data integrity and efficient processing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in payroll, finance, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Bayan and OnTrack systems (highly preferred).
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
