About the role
Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid development experience for recent graduates interested in hospitality leadership. The Culinary track runs from March 2027 in Manama, Bahrain, offering hands‑on hotel operations and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in mini‑rotations across hotel disciplines to understand overall operations.
- Support daily culinary operations, customer relationship building, and innovation initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to special projects, process improvements, and a Voyage‑specific project.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary) obtained on or after March 2025.
- Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, and self‑management abilities.
- Legal right to work in Bahrain (visa provided for UAE applicants).
