Performance and Growth Specialist

About the role

The Performance and Growth Specialist will lead digital growth initiatives by planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads and direct sales. You will own the full technical setup of analytics and tracking, ensuring accurate performance measurement and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Manage audience targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Set up and maintain analytics, tags, pixels, and reporting dashboards.
• Track KPIs such as leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS and produce regular performance reports.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI, and recommend budget adjustments.
• Define creative direction, messaging, and campaign briefs in collaboration with design, content, and sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid digital advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting returns, and optimizing ROI.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
