Planning Engineer – Construction Projects in Bahrain

About the role

A leading construction company in Bahrain is looking for a Planning Engineer to develop and maintain construction schedules for its projects. The role involves supporting project planning, monitoring progress, and providing regular reporting to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Prepare and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify deviations.
• Update construction programs based on actual progress and report schedule changes.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information and flag potential risks.
• Assist project management with planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
