Planning Engineer – Construction Projects in Bahrain

About the role

A leading construction firm in Bahrain is looking for a Planning Engineer to develop and maintain project schedules, support planning activities, and monitor progress across construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for each project.
• Track project progress against approved schedules and identify deviations.
• Update construction programs based on actual field data.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information and prepare regular progress reports.
• Assist project management with planning, scheduling, and risk identification.
• Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
