About the role
New Alfa International is looking for a Plant Foreman Operator to lead its concrete block manufacturing operation in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing daily plant activities, ensuring safety compliance, and driving production efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily plant operations and maintain safety standards.
- Operate plant equipment and supervise production workers.
- Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, with mandatory GCC experience.
- Degree, diploma, or ITI qualification applicable to the role.
- Proven experience operating plant equipment and supervising staff.
- Ability to coordinate operations and uphold safety standards.
