About the role
You will lead the technician team in the field, overseeing installation, maintenance and repair work while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, assign and supervise a team of technicians on installation and service jobs
- Diagnose faults, analyse root causes and implement lasting solutions
- Ensure work follows safety (HSE) and quality standards
- Coordinate with sales, services and AMC teams and report job progress
- Train and guide junior technicians
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the GCC
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical ability
- Reliable, safety‑conscious and customer‑focused
- Driving licence preferred
