Plumber Journeyman / Laborer Foreman

About the role

The Plumber Journeyman / Laborer Foreman is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across heating, water, drainage, fire suppression, and pool operations. The role also includes escorting subcontract workers, buses, and trucks to various job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing tasks safely and efficiently, including pipe cutting, threading, valve assembly, and welding.
• Install, repair, and maintain fire suppression, pool, water, gas, and sanitary/storm sewer systems.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, schematics, and blueprints to complete assignments.
• Conduct periodic inspections, document maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, schedule work, and perform quality‑assurance site visits.
• Escort subcontract workers, buses, and trucks to designated locations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Plumbing Journeyman license in any U.S. state.
• Backflow certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (standard transmission) and U.S. passport with at least six months validity.
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• 1‑4 years of related plumbing experience.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
