Product Analyst (Automotive Portfolio)

About the role

The Product Analyst will support product planning, market intelligence, pricing analysis, inventory control, and product lifecycle activities for the assigned vehicle portfolio. Working closely with principals and internal stakeholders, the analyst will ensure accurate product information, optimal positioning, and efficient inventory planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vehicle product databases, specifications, pricing, and competitor benchmarking.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to inform product planning.
• Conduct pricing and feasibility studies to support product positioning initiatives.
• Assist with product lifecycle management, including new product introductions, performance monitoring, and updates.
• Analyze sales trends and demand data to support forecasting, allocation, and inventory planning.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, body builders, procurement, and logistics teams to manage product availability and specifications.
• Support planning and execution of product launch activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, product planning, or product management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
