Production Engineer – Screen Printing

About the role

This role is for someone who knows what happens between an approved artwork file and a finished product that actually passes inspection. You’ll oversee screen and digital printing, keep production moving, and work out why defects happen when they do.

Key responsibilities

• Plan workloads across the printing equipment and check output against artwork and customer requirements.
• Improve SOPs and work instructions, investigate recurring defects, and see corrective actions through.
• Work with Planning, Supply Chain and Quality to keep materials, schedules and standards aligned.
• Support the technicians, digital printing operator and quality controller, while maintaining safety standards on the factory floor.

Required profile

• Approximately four years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Practical knowledge of screen and digital printing.
• Experience with process improvement and SOPs.
• Confidence using an ERP system.
