Production Engineer

About the role

Havelock One Interiors, a leading turnkey fit‑out service provider in the Middle East, is expanding its operations in Bahrain. The company seeks an experienced Production Engineer to lead its workshop activities and support its growth in metal interior fabrication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day production work in the workshop alongside the supervisor and team leads, managing 50‑60 fabrication/welding professionals.
• Monitor daily production schedules and supervise a team of 20 fabrication and welding professionals.
• Provide hand‑sketching for bespoke metal fabrication detailing.
• Ensure efficiency of sheet‑metal machines and maintain 5S principles in the workshop.
• Enforce discipline among workers and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
• Utilise basic knowledge of Autodesk and Epicor to support production processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the sheet‑metal fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of sheet‑metal machinery and processes, including laser cutting, press brake, rolling, MIG/TIG welding, and related fabrication tools.
• Proven experience in metal interior fabrication.
