Project Control Engineer

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a Project Control Engineer to support the execution of its industrial automation projects. The role involves providing engineering and administrative assistance to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Prepare and maintain S‑curves for physical and financial progress tracking.
• Coordinate with site teams and project managers to align schedules and report progress.
• Maintain and update Project Rolling Forecasts (PRFs) and follow up on approvals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, submittals, and invoices.
• Support timely invoice preparation and submission according to project milestones.
• Assist in creating presentations and reports for management review.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work both independently and within a project team.
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Yokogawa quality procedures and documentation standards.
• Effective communication with engineering and site personnel.
