Project Engineer – Civil (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer – Civil to join our EPC and MEP contracting team. You will support the delivery of industrial construction projects across Bahrain and the GCC, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and monitor site activities and execution requirements.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules.
• Develop method statements for specific project tasks.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical and electrical‑instrumentation disciplines on site.
• Interpret drawings and specifications and ensure compliance.
• Track manpower, productivity, costs and schedule performance.
• Enforce quality and HSE standards on all site work.
• Maintain project documentation and liaise with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial construction projects.
• Prior exposure to heavy industrial projects is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bahrain and other GCC locations as required.
