Project Manager – Earthworks, Marine & Offshore Pipeline

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Earthworks, Marine and Offshore Pipeline projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all project activities, ensuring alignment with contractual performance conditions.
• Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors and construction teams to meet project milestones.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to achieve profitable agreements.
• Optimize use of manpower, equipment and materials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
• Approve staff leave forms, manage requisitions, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and manpower reports.
• Monitor daily construction quality, budget adherence and schedule compliance.
• Review method statements, project schedules and financial estimates.
• Procure equipment and materials, monitor stock levels and address shortages promptly.
• Supervise Construction Managers, engineers, supervisors and foremen, offering guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, city and local regulations.
• Deliver projects within assigned budget and target dates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience for degree holders or 7 years for diploma holders in Earthworks, Offshore Pipeline or Marine construction.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility in working hours.
