Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Senior Project Manager to join our Manama office. You will own moderately sized infrastructure projects, lead cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise all project operations, aligning with organisational objectives and client expectations.
• Manage technical, financial and client‑satisfaction aspects using consistent processes and tools.
• Develop project strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and execute projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and mentor small‑to‑medium teams, including remote members and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control budgets, timelines and resources, analyse risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress against metrics, identify issues early and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports and presentations showcasing progress and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional project management experience on moderately complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources while delivering quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
